By accessing or using MoaTV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Description of Service
MoaTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live channels and on-demand content to compatible devices via the internet. We do not host, store, or own any of the content delivered through the Service.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
All payments are made in Bitcoin (BTC) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions activate after Bitcoin transaction confirmation, typically within 5–15 minutes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your credentials with more devices than your plan allows, (b) attempt to redistribute, resell, or rebroadcast content from the Service without a reseller agreement, (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or (d) attempt to circumvent any security or technical protection measures.
6. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Internet connectivity issues, ISP throttling, regional restrictions, and maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refunds Policy. Refunds are issued at MoaTV's discretion in cases of unresolved technical issues.
8. Intellectual Property
The MoaTV name, logo, software, and original content are the property of MoaTV. You may not copy, modify, or use our intellectual property without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
MoaTV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
