Sending from MetaMask or another wallet
- Choose Ethereum (ETH) as the payment method.
- Next comes a page listing the figure, a 0x address and a scannable code.
- Check the wallet’s network selector reads Ethereum Mainnet before going further.
- Enter the address and the precise figure. Gas is charged separately by the wallet on top.
- Put the resulting hash, a 66-character string beginning 0x, into the payment page.
We wait for twelve confirmations; with a new block every twelve seconds, that’s a little under three minutes.
Withdrawing ETH from an exchange
- Start a Withdraw of ETH.
- In the network list, pick Ethereum (ERC20); rollups such as Arbitrum, Base or Optimism, and BSC, are the wrong choice here.
- Fill in our address and the figure, raising it if the platform takes its charge out of it.
- When the platform reports it as sent, copy the hash across.
Avoiding the common mistakes
- Rollups and sidechains are not Ethereum mainnet. Ether moved over Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, zkSync, Linea or Polygon, or bridged ether on BSC, can’t land at our mainnet address.
- Ether only. Paying with a token? Select USDT and the ERC20 option instead.
- Exact amount. The final digits link the payment to your order.
- Contract-based wallets. Safe multisigs and certain exchange transfers send ether through a contract, which the automatic check can overlook. Submit the hash and our team will verify it manually.
