Getting Moa Tv onto a screen usually takes less time than the first episode you’ll watch. Pick the guide for your device, keep your welcome email open on your phone and copy the details across. The same details are kept in My subscription if the email goes missing.
Which guide to open
- Google TV, Android TV or Fire TV? Start with the TiviMate Premium guide. It covers unlocking Premium and adding your login on all three.
- Amazon Fire TV stick or Cube? Install TiviMate first with the Fire TV install guide, then return to the TiviMate guide.
- Samsung, LG or another smart TV? The smart TV install guide covers each system.
- Android phone or tablet? Use the Android install guide.
- iPhone, iPad or Apple TV? Follow the iPhone install guide.
- MAG box, Enigma2 receiver or computer? See the MAG, Enigma2 and PC and Mac pages.
Reading your welcome email
| Detail | What it looks like | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Server address | A web address, often with a port number such as :8080 at the end | The server or URL field of an Xtream Codes login |
| Username and password | Your personal Moa Tv sign-in | The matching fields in the player; keep them private |
| M3U link | One long address with your login inside it | Players that can’t use Xtream Codes |
| EPG link | The address of the TV guide data | Only needed by some players when you use the M3U link |
| TiviMate account | An email address and a password | TiviMate, under Settings → Unlock Premium |
Type the server address exactly as written, including the port. A missing character or an extra space is the most common reason a player says the login is wrong.
Five minutes of preparation
- Update the device so it runs its latest software.
- Check the connection on the TV itself: about 20 Mbps for Full HD and 35 Mbps or more for 4K.
- Plug in a network cable if the router is nearby.
- Open the welcome email on your phone, ready to copy from.
If you get stuck
Open a ticket with the name of your device and a photo of what the screen shows, or ask on live chat. Most setup questions are sorted out within a message or two.
