A ticket is the best route for anything connected to your Moa Tv order. Your message, our replies and any follow-up stay in one thread, and we can look at your account while we answer.

Mention your app, the steps you’ve already tried and any message on screen. For pausing streams, a speed test from the TV helps a lot.

Good tickets to open

  • A payment that hasn’t confirmed after much longer than usual. Our article on payment confirmations lists the normal waiting times.
  • An amount that came out wrong, too little or too much. See sending the wrong amount first.
  • Login details that don’t work even after copying them again from My subscription.
  • A refund request made inside the 24-hour window described in the refund policy.
  • A channel that stays dark after restarting the app and the device.

What happens after you send it

An automatic email confirms we’ve got it. Then someone from the team reads it, looks up your order and writes back by email as quickly as possible. With the details above included, plenty of tickets are closed in a single reply.

Keep an eye on your spam folder the first time we write, and add help@moatv.us to your contacts so replies land in your inbox.
