About Moa Tv
What is Moa Tv?
A streaming TV subscription. Your broadband carries live channels, sport, films and series to an app on whichever screen you like, so no dish or cable connection is involved.
Who is behind Moa Tv?
Moa Tv LLC, registered in the state of Washington, USA. Read more on the about page.
Is a two-year plan better equipped than a one-month plan?
No. Each length carries identical content and features, from the live groups and library to the guide, catch-up and the TiviMate upgrade. Only the monthly cost changes.
Is there a free trial?
No. A single month is the low-cost way in, backed by a 24-hour refund window should Moa Tv refuse to run on your device. The article on free trials gives our reasons.
Ordering and paying
Which coins can I pay with?
Bitcoin; USDT over TRC20, BEP20 or ERC20; Ether; and BNB. No cards, no bank transfers. Details are on crypto payments.
How soon is my line active after paying?
The moment the blockchain confirms it. Expect seconds over BEP20, roughly a minute over TRC20, two or three minutes on Ethereum and ten minutes or so, occasionally more, for Bitcoin.
I’ve paid, but the order still says it’s waiting.
First make sure the transaction ID was submitted on the payment page. If so, the chain is probably still confirming. Far beyond the times listed above? Send a ticket quoting the order and the ID.
I paid a different amount from the one shown. Now what?
Short payments wait for a person to review them, and we’ll be in touch about the gap. Anything more than 5% over the quote is reviewed by hand too. The article on sending the wrong amount runs through every case.
What happens to an order I never paid?
After 72 hours without payment the system cancels it. You owe nothing and can order again at any time.
Will my plan renew by itself?
No. Crypto can’t be collected automatically, so nothing renews without you. We email a reminder before the end date.
TiviMate Premium
How do I get TiviMate Premium?
Once payment clears, our email includes a TiviMate account that already has Premium. In the app, sign in via the Unlock Premium option in Settings; the TiviMate Premium guide has screenshots in words.
Which devices run TiviMate?
Google-powered televisions and streamers, plus Fire OS sticks; a single account covers five of them. Everything else gets another app signed in with your Moa Tv details, as the TiviMate page explains.
Devices and streaming
What can I watch Moa Tv on?
Nearly anything recent: Fire OS sticks, Google TV and Android TV hardware, Samsung or LG sets, Android handsets and tablets, Apple’s phones, tablets and TV box, MAG units, Enigma2 receivers and computers. The devices section covers each.
Can two TVs play at the same time?
With a two-device plan, yes. The first device is included, the limit is 5, and every additional one costs 45% of the plan price; the prices page lists the totals.
What broadband speed do I need?
Roughly 20 Mbps for each Full HD stream and at least 35 Mbps for 4K, measured on the device. Wired or 5 GHz connections hold up best.
A channel won’t play. What should I do?
Relaunch the app and power-cycle the device, then retry. Still nothing? A ticket naming the channel, the device and the time lets us investigate.

The welcome email has them, and they’re always available under My subscription after you sign in.
How do I renew?
Signed in, visit Renew subscription, choose a length and pay with whichever coin you like; the same details keep working.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Open Orders; every order has one you can print or keep as a PDF.
I’ve forgotten my account password.
