Follow this on Amazon hardware running Fire OS, such as the Stick 4K Max, the 4K Plus or the Cube. Keep our email nearby: it holds both the Moa Tv details and the TiviMate account included with the plan.
TiviMate can’t go on Vega OS sticks, such as the 4K Select or the HD model released in 2026. Before starting, read the software line on the About screen inside My Fire TV; the Fire TV page lists alternatives.
Step 1: get Downloader
- On the home screen, go to Find, then Search.
- Enter Downloader; the app you want is published by AFTVnews.
- Select Get and wait until it finishes installing.
Step 2: reveal developer options
- Navigate to Settings, then My Fire TV, then About.
- Highlight the stick’s name and click the centre button seven times. A message announces that you’re now a developer.
- Step back once and the new Developer options entry is waiting in My Fire TV.
Step 3: let Downloader install apps
- Open Developer options and choose Install unknown apps.
- Find Downloader in the list and turn it On.
Step 4: download TiviMate
- Launch Downloader and allow the storage access it requests.
- Type tivimate.com into its address bar and press Go.
- On the developer’s site, choose the version for TV devices.
- At the installer screen press Install and, at the end, Done.
- Downloader then asks whether to remove the installer; confirm twice to reclaim the space.
Step 5: switch on Premium
- Find TiviMate among your apps and launch it.
- Inside Settings, open Unlock Premium, choose Account and type the TiviMate credentials from our email.
- Name the stick and press Activate.
Step 6: add your Moa Tv details
- Pick Add playlist and the Xtream Codes login type.
- Enter the server, username and password from our email, precisely.
- Press Next, name the playlist Moa Tv and press Done.
Once channels and listings have loaded, which takes a minute or two, you’re ready to watch.
Little things that help on Fire TV
- Pin TiviMate to the home row. Highlight its icon in your apps, press the three-line menu button and pick the option that brings it forward.
- Switch on auto frame rate under Settings → Playback in TiviMate.
- Use Amazon’s Ethernet adapter if the router is within reach.
- Restart once a week or so, from My Fire TV, to keep the stick responsive.
When something doesn’t go to plan

Can I switch unknown apps off again afterwards?
Yes. Once TiviMate is installed you can turn Downloader’s permission back off; TiviMate keeps working.
How does TiviMate update on a Fire TV?
TiviMate tells you inside the app when a new version is available; accept the prompt and it installs over the old one, keeping your settings.
Do Fire TV system updates remove TiviMate?
No. Amazon’s updates leave your installed apps and their settings alone.
