The TV shows group is where the conversation pieces live: new episodes on the night they air, long-running comedies, reality competitions and the talk shows that wrap up the evening. On Moa Tv you watch them live with a full guide, or catch up afterwards on channels that keep an archive.
Inside the group
Drama and crime networks carry new episodes as well as reruns of complete seasons. Comedy channels mix sitcoms, stand-up and sketch shows. Reality and competition channels cover everything from baking contests to dating shows, while home, food and lifestyle networks fill the daytime. Later in the evening, talk and late-night shows take over.
Keeping up with a weekly show
- Search the guide for the show’s name. TiviMate finds every upcoming airing across all channels, not just the one you’re on.
- Set a reminder on the next episode so the app nudges you a few minutes before it starts.
- Record the series. TiviMate Premium can record every new episode automatically, ready for whenever you sit down.
- Use catch-up when you remember a day late, on channels that support it.
Live episodes or full seasons?
Live channels follow a broadcast schedule, which is perfect for staying current and talking about last night’s episode. For whole seasons at your own pace, the series library has complete runs you can watch back to back. Both are included in every Moa Tv plan.
Getting the guide right
If shows appear at the wrong times, the guide is usually fine and the device’s time zone isn’t. Check the date and time settings on your TV or stick, then refresh the guide. The TV guide page explains how listings are loaded, and our article on an empty or wrong TV guide goes step by step.
TV show questions
Can I watch last night’s episode?
On channels with catch-up, yes: go back in the guide and play it. If the channel has no archive, look for the series in the on-demand library.
Can I turn on subtitles?
Where the broadcaster provides them, yes. Open the player’s audio and subtitle options while the programme is playing.
Is recording included?
Recording is part of TiviMate Premium, which Moa Tv activates with every plan. Recordings are saved on the device or a USB drive.
