“So what exactly do I get?” is the question we hear most from people who haven’t ordered yet. This article answers it in the order you’ll meet each part of Moa Tv: choosing a plan, watching, the app, extra screens, paying and getting help. At the end there’s a short list of things that aren’t included, because knowing those matters just as much.

One service, five lengths

There are no tiers. A Moa Tv plan is the complete service, and the only decisions you make are how long it should run and how many screens should be able to play at once. The lengths are one, three, six, twelve and twenty-four months. Longer ones cost less per month because you pay for the whole period at the start; the prices page shows the exact figures, and the plans page has a page for each length.

The live side

Live TV arrives already sorted into seven groups: sport, movie channels, TV shows, kids, news, entertainment and world channels. Inside the bigger groups, channels are arranged by country or language, so a viewer who follows Spanish football and a viewer who wants Turkish drama both get to their channels quickly. The live TV page describes each group.

Three things come with the channels:

  • A programme guide listing what’s on now and over the coming days, like the guide on a cable box.
  • Catch-up on channels that keep an archive, so you can play something that aired earlier.
  • Full HD on most channels, with 4K on selected channels and events for those with the TV, device and broadband to show it.

The on-demand side

Alongside live TV sits a library of films, series and documentaries that start the moment you choose them. Series are arranged by season and episode, films by genre and recent additions. New titles are added over time at no extra cost. See the on-demand section for how it’s laid out.

The app you watch in

On Google TV, Android TV and Fire TV devices running Fire OS, we recommend TiviMate, and every plan includes a Premium activation. Premium adds recording, multi-view, reminders, parental controls, several favourites lists and backups. You receive a TiviMate account with Premium alongside your Moa Tv details, and it stays active for as long as your plan does. Other devices, such as iPhones, Samsung and LG TVs and computers, use a different player with the same login. The TiviMate page explains the app in depth.

Screens

You can install Moa Tv on every screen you own. What you choose at checkout is how many of them can play at the same moment. One is included; you can go up to 5, and each extra one adds 45% of the plan price. A two-screen household pays far less than it would for two separate plans. Our article on watching in several rooms helps you work out the right number.

Paying and the paperwork

Checkout takes Bitcoin, USDT, Ether or BNB. There’s no card form, and nothing renews by itself: before your plan ends you get a reminder, and you renew only if you want to. Every order has an invoice in your account, and your login details, TiviMate account and end date are always in My subscription.

Help when you need it

There’s an install guide for every device we support, a live chat for quick questions, tickets for anything tied to an order and an email address that a person reads. If Moa Tv won’t work on your device and we can’t fix it, the 24-hour refund policy applies.

What isn’t included

Being clear about this saves disappointment later:

  • No hardware. You use your own TV, stick, phone or computer.
  • No installation visit. Setup is done by you, with our guides and support.
  • No contract or automatic renewal.
  • No free trial. The one-month plan is the low-cost way in; our article on the Moa Tv free trial question explains why.
  • No fixed public channel list, because the lineup changes. If one channel is essential, ask us before ordering.

Questions

Do I get more channels on a longer plan?

No. Every length includes exactly the same channels, library and features.

Is TiviMate Premium really included?

Yes, with every plan. We send a TiviMate account with Premium already active alongside your Moa Tv login.

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Yes. Many customers start with one month, then pick a longer length and more screens when they renew.
