Starting January 2027, the new Moa app update will be released.

Getting started with Moa Tv

What happens between choosing a Moa Tv plan and watching your first channel: checkout, the crypto payment page, confirmation times, your login email and the first evening's setup.

A Moa Tv order is short: choose, pay, sign in, watch. This page goes through each stage in a little more detail, so nothing on the way comes as a surprise.

The short version

  1. Pick a length and your screens

Anything from one month to two years, for one screen or as many as 5. Every length carries everything.

  2. Pay in crypto

Transfer the figure on the payment page in your chosen coin and hand back the transaction ID.

  3. Get your details

Once the network confirms, your line and TiviMate Premium are switched on and the sign-in details land in your inbox.

  4. Press play

Pick your device’s install guide, enter the details in the app and open the programme grid.

Before you order

  • Know which screen you’ll start on. It decides which install guide you’ll follow.
  • Have some crypto ready, or know where you’ll buy it. If you’re new to this, our guide to buying USDT for Moa Tv starts from zero.
  • Use an email address you check. Your login and receipts go there.
  • Watching on a MAG box? Note its MAC address from the label underneath.

At checkout

Pick a length and how many screens may stream together. Next come your name, an email address and a new password, which together create your Moa Tv account. MAG owners also fill in the MAC field. Where other shops ask for a card, you simply choose a coin.

On the payment page

Checkout hands you to a page built for this order alone. On it: the figure to send, a receiving address for your chosen coin and chain (with a copy button and a scannable code) and the network name. Quotes stay valid for 60 minutes in Bitcoin, Ether or BNB and 120 minutes in USDT, so the rate can’t drift mid-payment.

Make the transfer, then return the transaction ID to that page. Separate walkthroughs exist for Bitcoin, USDT, Ether and BNB.

Waiting for the network

The page checks the blockchain by itself and updates when your payment has enough confirmations:

NetworkConfirmations we wait forUsually takes
BSC, for BNB and BEP20 USDT15Seconds
TRON, for TRC20 USDT20Roughly a minute
Ethereum, for ether and ERC20 USDT12Two or three minutes
Bitcoin1Around ten minutes, sometimes longer

Our article on payment confirmations explains what a confirmation is and why the numbers differ.

Your login arrives

Confirmation triggers two things: your Moa Tv line goes live, and a TiviMate account with Premium is prepared. Both sets of details are emailed and listed in My subscription, each with its own copy button.

Your first evening

Google- and Amazon-powered streamers take the TiviMate Premium guide; every other screen has its page among the install guides. Afterwards, spend a few minutes tidying: hide the groups nobody watches and gather the regulars into favourites. Every later evening is quicker for it.

Renewing, when the time comes

Shortly before the end date, a reminder email arrives. Renew subscription accepts any length and any coin; the extra time starts once the current period finishes, and nothing changes in TiviMate.

Getting started questions

Do I need a Moa Tv account?

Yes. Checkout creates it, and it’s where your details, receipts and renewals live.

My price quote ran out before I paid. What now?

Ask the payment page for a new quote before sending anything. A payment sent against an expired quote has to be checked by hand.

What happens if I send too little?

A short payment can’t be approved by the system. It waits for a person to review it, and we get in touch about the balance. Our article on sending the wrong amount covers every case.

Can someone help me with my first order?

Yes. Ask on live chat or write to us and we’ll go through it with you.
