Sets running Google TV or Android TV
- From the television’s app store, Google Play, install TiviMate IPTV Player.
- Start the app once it has installed.
- Head to Settings, choose Unlock Premium and then Account; use the TiviMate details we emailed.
- Give the set a recognisable name and press Activate.
- Return to the start screen, pick Add playlist, select the Xtream Codes type and type the three Moa Tv details.
- Press Next, name the playlist Moa Tv and confirm with Done.

Samsung televisions (Tizen)
- From the Home bar, choose Apps.
- Look up the app our email recommends and add it.
- Launch it and jot down any MAC address or device key on screen.
- Depending on the app, type your Moa Tv details on the TV or enter them on the developer’s website against that MAC number.
- Quit the app and start it again to pull in channels and listings.
LG televisions (webOS)
- Go Home, then into the LG Content Store (newer sets call it Apps).
- Add the app recommended in our email.
- Note any MAC address or device key displayed on its first screen.
- Follow its own instructions to enter your details or playlist.
- Relaunch it so everything loads.
Certain apps for these TVs ask for an activation fee after a free period. You’d be paying the app’s maker, separately from Moa Tv. To skip that cost altogether, plug in a Fire OS stick or a Google TV Streamer and use TiviMate Premium.
Finishing touches
- Check the clock and time zone on the set, or the TV guide will be out.
- Use a network cable when the router is close by.
- Pick 4K entries only if your set, its HDMI port and your connection handle 4K.
Common problems

Smart TV install questions
Do I need to enter my details on every TV?
Yes, a single time per set, and they’re identical on all of them.
Can a Samsung TV run TiviMate Premium?
Not on its own: there’s no Tizen version. Connect a Fire OS stick or a Google TV streamer to one of its HDMI sockets instead.
What if a TV app asks for an M3U link instead of a login?
Copy the M3U address from our email. If the app has a separate field for programme data, paste the EPG address there as well.
